I am currently in the process of re-downloading all my games because I had to restore my PC to the factory settings and I am highly considering moving in.
It’s a great looking house, unfortunately I had to quite playing it because I was getting too many routing errors.
That’s unfortunate. This house would go great with Sunlit Tides.

Van- What kind of routing errors were you getting? I play tested this for two weeks…sigh. Anyway I would like to know so I can prevent them in the future. And also, do you use high free will? Thanks!
Hmm, I had some issues with the some of the furniture was laid out (couches/coffee tables too close, sim got stuck when filling the pet food bowl) but that was easy enough for me to fix by moving the furniture around. I got a cat and it seemed every place it wanted to go it couldn’t. Also my butler got stuck at the transition between (if I remember correctly) the spiral staircase and regular stairs.
I’m pretty sure my free will is high but it’s been so long since I checked that I’m not certain. I play with needs set as static so they tend not to do much on their own if all their motives are full.
Since nobody else seems to be having issues it must be some issue with my game, I guess. Not sure what it could be as all the furniture should be the same because I have all the required expansions/stuff packs.
I’m sorry about that. I did keep the cat secluded upstairs so it’s probably trying to do things downstairs, but the furniture thing is odd. I play tested heavily but that certainly doesn’t mean I didn’t miss things. I’m sorry you had those issues. I don’t use free will so I need to remember to play test with that on as well. Would have loved this in my game, but every time I try to place it on a lot my entire game freezes on the “Processing” wait menu, I attempted to wait but after an hour long try I gave up…what a shame…
It’s beautiful, just took long when I place it in my neighborhood, and slow down game, but intent to build similar house on smaller scale!
