There are two new Community websites for Simmers who love their Pets; Real and Virtual! I received an email today by the administrators of two community hosted Websites for Pets. The Sims Kennel Club and Equus Sims!

The Sims Kennel Club is a Sim version of the American Kennel Club. You can head on over to register your purebred Sim dog and participate in Dog Shows. You will receive a registration number and certificate proving your dog is officially registered with the SKC. This can make it easier for you to find homes for your puppies. They also have a breeder listing where they can link to your site if you specialize in a certain breed(s).

When the Sims 3 Pets was released, Equus Sims thought it would be a great idea to keep a running studbook for Arabians and Hanoverians (their two favorite breeds). This way, people could register their horses with us and have certifiable Arabians or Hanoverians, and we could keep track of the development of the breeds within the community.  The Registry Index, which keeps tabs on all the currently open registries, has grown exponentially and nearly all of the breeds they had hoped would get a registry, have! Head on over and check it out!

Hoist the flag and beat the drum! After a long wait because he is finally here: The Sims 3 Beestenbende. Since the release of The Sims 3 in 2009 the fans want to add animals to their households. EA has now finally prayers. Just thought that the sirens went off on October 20, 2011, but fortunately these were the excited cries of Sims fans who had bought brand new game. Know why they were so excited and still are? Read all about this new phenomenon in our review.

After installing The Sims 3 Beestenbende I was just confused. I had already discovered the Demo Create an Animal downloaded so I now have two icons from The Sims 3 Beestenbende had on my desktop. But the icon of the extension was terribly boring. The collar of the demo had disappeared and only a small dog paw betrayed what the expansion comes. Anyway, this is obviously just the icon. Unfortunately the loading screen I do not even excited. While it can work beautifully minimalist, it seems more likely that too little time is spent.

The ownership of pets, we’re often told, is one of the secrets to a long life, and that’s a secret that Electronic Arts has taken full advantage of in extending the life span of each of its Sims games for the last 11 years. The Sims 3: Pets marks the third pet-based expansion for the franchise, and like the others, it makes its appearance just as the parent title shows signs of losing momentum after the release of multiple expansions. While The Sims 3: Pets doesn’t change much of the core gameplay aside from extending many of the properties of human sims to their animal companions, its wealth of customization options and its welcome focus on horses make this expansion a treat for any animal lover.

If you are looking for an expansion for The Sims 3 with a high content hug, then Beestenbende definitely recommended. This extension contains the familiar pets like a dog and a cat more.

In the previous Sims series (Sims 1 & Sims 2) came fluffige beasts already over. But in the PC / Mac version of Beestenbende are also horses. Even small animals like spiders or a turtle, you can lose in a terrarium.
