It’s been going on since earlier this year and it’s by only one guy. He has a blog and tells how he gets the codes.

I honestly don’t like Fox News.

Go figure, trolls can run free but real threads are deleted because EA can’t take the heat!

I was livid and called EA two days ago telling them if this was happening in a month i was calling the police myself. I didnt care so much i admit until, i was reading the forums clicked a post, my son(6 yrs old) ran in and boom he saw something he so should not have seen. That was the last straw for me. I dont go to sites with adult content when my sons around, it should be safe on the sims site. this issue just has to be taken care of, im sad if it means the site disappeers for awhile but if thats what HAS to happen..

It happens on many other sites. Why just show the game when they clearly state it was on the website not the game! The game is perfectly safe unless someone downloads gross content which they can take out. Stuff like this happens on Facebook. But they don’t say anthing then. I would like to blame this whole situation on Trolls who have nothing good to say.

The GAME isn’t the issue, it’s the people who post the garbage at the website forums and the FB page!

The Sims 3 site is not the only one. I think that the reporters should have made it clear that this is an internet problem and not a Sims 3 problem.

They also need to make it clear that the offensive images will not appear in the actual game, so it is perfectly safe to continue to play. If they are concerned about game content, they can go into the launcher and remove any items they do not wish to keep.
