Again, this is why Generations aggravates me so. That is what it was touted to be, a family inspired pack…Which it adds some things, but there’s these gaping obvious holes everywhere in the game that seem to show the developers must not have family or spend very little time with them…

It baffles me also when I consider then people working on this should realize the family oriented is one of the highest draws to the game…Of course we don’t have the same people working on Sims 3 as we did Sims 2, so they may be completely unawares. *Shrugs*
I dunno what to think, it irks me about kids/tots/infants being do grossly underdeveloped, at least they aren’t out-right shunned like the elderly life stage.

I’d be kinda pissed at EA to be so poorly represented as an age group, if I was elderly. Another reason I groaned when Teen Stuff won the vote for an SP, the game is full of Teen relevant content, What about everyone else? AGE DISCRIMINATION AND MISREPRESENTATION! lol (Sorry for Ranting)

I agree, I don’t think generations really gave us enough (it was the smalled EP in size also) and it seems the sims 3 teams forget about families. We have so many store sets even that are geared to ya/adult and party outfits. I feel like they forget there are children and elder sims sometimes.

I have generations and though it added some family interactions a lot are still missing. I can’t hardly get 4 family members to sit at the dinner table together and eat and talk.

i have to agree catloverplayer- we are sorely lacking in REAL family interactions… movie nights, pizza nights, game nights… with REAL MEANING and actions behind them and that last longer than a minute.

That what we supposedly got with GEN, Jeff. Unfortunately, I didn’t see it myself. It seemed more teen oriented then family motivated…But maybe it’s just me.
