Yeah it came through an email. If you have Gmail, the email should be grouped as “Origin – Product Now Available”

A lot of people are saying they can’t claim their pre-order bonuses. Are they doing what they did with Pets in that there are inserts with different codes? Also, were we suppose to get e-mails for the Origins pre-order stuff? Because if I miss out on those things, I’m going to be very upset for not getting that e-mail. I didn’t get the e-mail for pre-ordering Showtime, but I didn’t care because the radio you get for free didn’t really look all that great.

Well, that’s great.

I think me registering the codes into Origin instead of the two sites redeemed them, but now I don’t have any access to them because I was supposed to redeem them through the sites. They don’t show up in my purchase history, and I’ve logged out and logged back in too.

I know I should have followed the exact directions, but it telling me I’ve already redeemed it and it doesn’t show up is pure frustration..

I wish I could get the Origin version but it takes to long to load on my PC…
