I just wanted to update the problem I had. EA finally contacted me and gave me a new code. I’m guessing there was some kind of glitch that caused the game to be seen as already registered because I bought it through Origin and it was in my origin game history… Idk, but anyway I have a new code so anyone else with this problem may need to contact EA to get a new game code!

I tried to have them call me… and they never called. :/ I have a feeling I’m never gonna hear back from them. I’m really annoyed.

I was able to get the ice lounge, but it says the codes for both the costumes and my game are invalid. I’ve tried over a dozen times, even copying and pasting from the emails I got. They still won’t work :/

I had issues with mine at first but it went throught the second time. I downloaded the ice lounge first and then downloaded the costumes. I sure it doesn’t make a difference in which order you try to download but that’s what worked for me.

I contacted EA, but haven’t heard back yet. It’s really fustrating because I can’t access the costumes and stuff that came with the limited edition from origin 🙁

I had the same problem. I bought it on origin the pc download but could not registar my game at the site. Had to use live help to fix my problem. The weird thing though is what when it came to installing the game the code worked fine -_-.

All I have to do is get up, fix my son’s lunch, take him to school, then head to the store!!!! Super excited!
