I had a similar problem with the pre-order with Origin. It turns out they take your order, but do not actually bill you for it about a day before it was released. I had to de-activate the credit card I billed it on about three months ago, so I ended up getting an email that my order had been canceled for non-payment about eight hours before actual electronic release time. I was freaking out. I tried to re-bill the limited edition but it would not let because of it was to close to release. I had to buy a regular edition, but was still able to get the venues and the costumes because I already had the link emailed to me.

is it me or is the news letter a tad backasswards on its release? Shouldn’t it come out slightly BEFORE the EP?

I know I always look for them but darn Origin is saying I never pre ordered Seasons when I did and got billed for it! I’m so angry 🙁 I wish I was laying right now I’m so P’Od! I even got a vacation day out of work to play it :/
