I mean if there isn’t going to be Sims 4 in next few years, they are going to find new ideas to expand the Sims 3.

And yeah, I’m definitely considering buying Castaway for the PC now, as soon as I can find it.

Sims 3 is great in many ways but there is certain areas where it is lacking in functionality. With each iteration of Sims they only get better and expanded. That is why I look forward to Sims 4 because things will hopefully be vastly approved on the already great Sims 3. One problem I do have is that we will be back to square one but when I feel like something is missing in Sims 4 like activities I will just go play Sims 3 ;)!

I remember playing the Wii and DS version several years ago and I’ve been contemplating picking up the PC version, but it would be really great if they made another addition to it. Something about stranding my sims and not being able to have them just grab a quick snack from the fridge or hop into a taxi appeals to me.

It’s nice that they won’t have to add in something extra for that, while others can hopefully ignore that functionality and play as they want. 🙂

Either way, I hope the game doesn’t disappoint you otherwise.

I’m sure there will be Sims 4, but I know I probably won’t be interested in it giving the direction the game is going (since like Sim City is always on, I suspect Sims 4 could be somehow).

I don’t understand why people just can’t enjoy the game they have and look forward to expanding it with new features. I’ve got too much time and money wrapped up in Sims 3 – probably triple that of Sims 2.
