Really? I didn’t catch that in the demo. If that’s the case, it would be nice if this was fixed, along with the balloon going as high as “advertised”, among the other glitches and shortcomings with this world.

But I wouldn’t hold your breath.

no its not supposed to look that way in the demo video they did earlier this year they had actual goggles and wine actually poured from a wine bottle into a glass. its just once it got to use it was all f-ed up. i havent heard anything about a fix yet.

To my knowledge, it’s meant to look that way, at least as far as everything I’ve seen. Seems about right though, when you consider the rushed/incomplete/lazy quality of everything revolving around the hot air balloon (along with many other aspects of Aurora Skies).

Yep. It just confirmed all of my fears… Reeeaally not worth it… Which is bad, because I always love new neighborhoods. :o/
By the way, guys! Please I need to ask you something, though… I’ve been looking for MONTHS how to do that fluid “camera” angle… What’s the button to press on the keyboard?
In this video (last seconds, for example) I recognize the sound of the pause button, and THEN I see the (funny) reviewer moves the view fluidly, apparently with the mouse. The gurus use this a lot too in their demo views. I googled it in vain…
How do you do that? Thank you in advance! ;o)

This review made me decided to skip the whole thing entirely. I want the toddler venue, and if it ever goes up on its own, I will gladly pay 19 bucks for it, because i love the objects and buildmode.

£20 for a bit of lazy, barely-functional “premium” fluff and a hideous-looking island? I can buy full games for that price. EA are perfecting the art of minimising effort and maximising profit it seems.

I would like the toddler stuff but that’s pretty much it. Hopefully perhaps the venue will be sold separately or at least the toddler stuff sold by themselves. I didn’t think the world was going to be that great however LGR was hilarious with this one. It’s night time here and I had to cover my mouth soo many times to hold in my laughter so that I didn’t wake the rest of the house. lol
