Unfortunately this doesn’t work. The water is too shallow even though I place the lot way out in the ocean. When I send my sims to dive, they get that little thought bubble saying they can’t go there.

Got the diving lots in another world, but cannot use them. Seems like the water is too shallow in the world I chose?

I tried this, but the only place I can put lots are by the beach. Can’t put them out in the ocean, so without more instruction or knowledge this doesn’t work.

ok i tried experimenting things and i actually got an prebuild diving lot working in another world or town. But the problem is the routing issue. When my sim goes into the area the boat goes into the air and then drops back down again. But the diving lot is functional.

It’s not working for me either. Everything is above the water. Gutted, as wanted to have Dive Spots in Sunlit Tides. 🙁

I am unable to lock my lot, I have the cheat enablelotlocking true on; and the only time I can lock a lot is if it has some type of item on it.If I place down the dive spot I want,my items float above the water.Why EA wouldn’t allow us to place dives in other worlds is beyond me.

Yes, in some worlds it is too shallow and everything will stick out of the water.

Alot of people had the problem that thing’s were floating above the water etc like the bouy.

I fixed this on my game, Before exiting to main menu make sure the lot is still selected as a ‘dive lot’ as I noticed it sometimes changes back to the original option.

In edit town mode dive lots say they need a code to edit. I tried testingcheatsenabled true/ buydebug/ enablelotlocking true. NO GO! anything else?

Unfortunately if you can’t add a lot then you won’t be able to put diving lot.
