finished game never looks same as concept art, concept art is always much better looking, in every possible game.

It is just for so level desingers and artists could evaluate how many textures they need to make it, how to desing map etc.

You assumed I have money to spare, which is furthest from the truth. Yes, I spend money on good computers but I sacrifice on other expenses in my budget. So what gives you the right to come at me and mock my opinion just because you have kids who “NEED a lot of FOOD!?!?”

Besides, the price of most of The Sims content does come up to a price of a decent computer. And for someone who sounds to have all EPs, you would know it IS an expensive hobby, that kind of makes your entire argument invalid. Use the money you spend on games towards your kids college fees if you’re struggling financially. Jeez, no one should have to tell you that.

I prefer better graphics too, but as long as people buy what comes out, EA will do whatever it wants.

SO according to you, ONLY kids/teens are to play games? REALLY? I am the one that introduced video games to my kids when they were younger.
They also took my vocal trance music & love it.

Don’t assume things just because I post in a site about games. It’s a hobby I do when I have free time.
I also like to read things when I am having coffee, making dinner, or to catch up recent things.
Perhaps if you ever finish emotional maturity, you will think before publicly insulting others.

Just writing “no offense intended” actually just implies you are in fact insulting someone.

I had test scores come out higher than one of the college professors teaching me. I don’t need someone else telling me how to think, or how to live my life.

Really? I can’t believe you would bring your kids into this, I was just stating a fact, that EA main focus with TS4 is to cater to those with lower end PCs and I was just wishing it would have nicer graphics? And no offense, but I don’t think someone at your age with such big responsibilities should even be playing games all day…

Eeks, I must be one of them low-end PC’s LMAO!
You see, I was going to get a new PC or upgrade what I already have. BUT silly me, I’m putting my kids college needs first.
( since 2 of my kids already started & a 3rd goes next year. AND my boys NEED a lot of FOOD!

Oops, BAD ME! How dare I put my kids first….before getting a shiny new ” super-computer” or upgrade for Sims! Such a selfish person I am, and forcing Sims Envelopment to cater to the common folk…

Anyway, joking aside, not all of us have money to burn, mostly for bragging rights.
I really LIKE my Sims games, but I LOVE my kids most! 😛
My PC specs:
(you can see why my PC can't take much more Sims additions). AND I have EVERY exp & Stuff pk installed. I really think if my PC could talk, I'd never want to hear it…
W7 64 bit 950 @ 3.07Ghz
12GB RAM
( & the real pathetic part) AMD Radeon HD 5450 1GB
Yep, it's THAT OLD! I was able to run the game at high detail in everything until University & Island Paradise.
Now even MH is giving me lag with settings at high & med. But at least the game doesn't crash anymore (shhh!)
And if I decide to go through with getting Sims 4, maybe my PC won't have a funeral…yet…

MORE concerned about glitches/bugs. That ruins games faster than anything (IMO)…
