If I had an imaginary friend like when I was child, following me like it’s about to pounce on me; I would need therapy. And, is it me or does it look sorter like that puppet from the SAW films.

I remember seeing this picture before and thinking the same thing, creating an imaginary friend, would of made more sense really, that way they would of all been unique and each sim child would have different ones.

To be really sinister you could of made them evil and when they grew up they would of been ghost sims….
