You need Core i7 4970K @4.5GHz, 36GB RAM and AMD Radeon R9 295×2 then you’ll never get error code 12 😛

Personally, I noticed this a while ago with EA and the sims 3. Since they prefer to half bake every plan now, I’ll just be pirating everything EA makes, including the store items. I’m sorry if you work for EA and this hurts your paycheck, but even if no one ever pirated, EA would still pay you crap for wages. I won’t buy an complete game, nor will I support companies that release them in such a manor. 😉 Can’t wait for the free download of Sims 4, hurry up and release it so the community can crack it properly! Not like I”ll do much besides build a house now and again anyhow. 😛

Hey Alexis. I have a question about patching
I read on crinrict’s blog that one should have sims return to their home world from vacation before patching if you plan on playing that save for a long time( could cause save file corruption, I think) If I don’t return my Sims in Oasis Landing to their home world (Sunset Valley) before I patch could it ruin that saved game? or does this not apply since one’s Sims can live in Oasis Landing indefinitely?

I didn’t realize Twallan was no longer updating his mods and I installed the update. Wish I had waited. I hate when EA doesn’t give sims a full age bar. I always use Master Controller to roll back their ages. I also use Master Controller Cheats, Story Progression, Error Trap and Overwatch. Now, since I can’t change it in Story Progression, all the sims in town are going to have those ghastly hyphenated names.

I love the Sims 3, but am sick of the fight every time I get a game’s bug’s worked out and get good mods they update and out with a new expectation and it’s right back to the fight. I will give Sims 4 some time out there and time for some really good mods out. Really the game has been the only game in my long history of computer games that was such a bugger. I can’t evan up loud my sim family’s to the sims store haven;t been able to for a year and i have a killer bad ass computer so i know it’s them.
And what happen to Mod the Sims mod’ers there use to be great mods like faster skills, all the food buyable, etc.
