It’s like looking at cake mix saying the finished version will taste horrible before even trying! You can go back to your buggy game if you wish.

The Plumbob is just artwork. The in game one is what really matters. TS3 one (In game) is horrible. Like they didn’t even try. I’ve learned the ways of EA over my simming days. Bugs, money and not very good games. I still have high hopes for the game however.

As James C said there are different time periods of looks, music et. Take the 80s and 90s for example. The 80s were disco and 90s were Grunge.

I’ve never liked the TS3 plumbob artwork or in game. TS4 is a lot better. End of story 😉

It’s not that the sims are following tablets or smartphones, its that what design means today is simplicity. Sims have always been following design correctly.
