You had to install special CC mods to allow your Sims to wear every day clothes, or use the boolprop cheat, but that would make the belly disappear.

I don’t remember how the maternity clothing looked in TS3 (since I played only briefly), but I’m sure it was equally horrible. Hopefully the bellies are SEPARATE and actual body types instead of clothing meshes.

I think the actual preggo belly might be a little bigger, but I’m really thinking there will be no restrictions on clothing since we can make all sizes and shapes in CAS.
