Just a note that the second venue makes a great gym for Oasis Landing.

Half off? Well I would be a fool not to buy it then. I wasn’t going to buy it before because of the price and I didn’t feel like it was worth 1900 sim points but I can justify 950. That’s not too bad. ^_^

though 500 simpoints (3,50€) are too much for a dance floor and a public shower… and the venue is really ugly, I would not even pay 100 simpoints for it.

If anyone gets this, remember that SimGuruCopeland created another venue using the same objects from this set. It is free on the exchange:

I love this venue. It’s actually got 3 PC items: the ballet barre & dance floor bundled together and the public shower. These 3 objects can be used in so many different lots: dance clubs, gyms, pools, etc. I recommend getting it! 🙂

I actually got it. I like it, not so much the venue itself but the stuff it includes so I can make my own. The slashed price is worth it when you break it down like 500 for the PC and 450 for the rest.
