There is one work around for the bakery not restocking but it’s not one I like. We can bulldoze the lot and replace the bakery with a new one but if you’ve updated your bakery with stuff from other eps,sps and store stuff you lose it unless you save your bakery venue updated then when you place a new one it’s still updated.

Saying that though I don’t like to bulldoze then replace the venue with the same venue. It’s time consuming.

Blah it looks like no new info on the bakery today. Maybe tomorrow and the blog on Wednesday. I’ve been hoping for a new pic today. Of course the official forums are still down for some as their finishing maintence.

By the way the simpoint problem with Austrailia and probebly the USA was fixed in the site maintence tonight.

I am sort of bummed that NPC run bakeries don’t seem feasible. But I guess I like the fact that you have to restock the bakery.

I just woke up and as of me writing the forums seem to be down for maintence. You can post but you get Liam. Hopefully they are working on the site and fixing the simpoint issue so I can buy some simpoints for the set Thursday.

If I can’t I’ll have to put it on my wishlist. I rarely put anything on my wishlist.

After I write this the forums will probebly be back up.

An option for auto and manual restocking would have been great! I don’t tend to play with the supernaturals, so my little Sims will get to slave away in the kitchen all night! 😀

Definitely going to wait and see if Ani or another modder takes this on, because many Simmers play multiple families – not just one. I’ll be looking forward to seeing if a modder can make this more viable for any Sim to run and not just the currently active household. I find that a real drawback. With Ani’s Bistro mod, I can play the chef and/or waiter or have my Inactives do it – I’d prefer something like that.
