I love the pies but only 2 types of cakes and they exist already in buy mode? They could’ve added more types of cakes and muffins like Red Velvet, Chocolate cake etc…

Totally agree with you. I too have been telling the husband how excited I am. He’s happy to see that the game has me excited again.

I didn’t notice that the cobbler is titled differently. I hope that you are right that it may mean they truly will look different than the basegame cobblers and pies/cookies…..fingers crossed.

You are also correct in the bread titles and I look forward to just seeing new meshes for EVERYTHING!

Since that’s really what we are paying for, new meshes and new gameplay.

Well, I am stalking the site for new info and pics.

Back to crossing my fingers that I will at least love the set 95% 😀

Thanks Mistletoe for your insights. Duh, given that the image clearly shows that the stove doesn’t have a cook top I should have known that the full range of menu items aren’t going to be available to prepare with this item.

Though it seems doubtful, I hope that somehow we’re given an NPC option with the oven, otherwise I’m not sure this is something I’ll want to purchase. It completely ruins the simulation for me when I go visit a commercial lot with a date or a group of sims and someone in the party has to be the DJ, make a pizza, etc.

OMGG that cooker is downright old fashioned, jeez EA how about modern cookers, this looks like something my gran would have had, In this day and age would you see that type of cooker at stores in the UK, I don’t think so, is EA so set back in time, was looking forward to this set but after seeing that monstrosity I will have to think about it.
