She doesn’t look old enough to be an elder entirely in that photo, but she also doesn’t look like a spring chicken like in the second photo. XD

Not but seriously, the faded blonde hair and slightly more gaunt/droopy facial features make it seem like a middle age stage. I hope that’s what it is. 🙂
