In TS2, you could give your SIm an aspiration and then work on seeing how they “cope” with failing towards that goal. You didn’t have to select any special traits to help them succeed if you didn’t want to. Seems this time around, since the Sims unlock traits that coincide with the goal, this is less likely to happen. I’m not complaining, I just find it interesting. I’m interested to see how this all works out in game.
