The laser thing looks super. On a different note: I don’t want to offend anyone but I am sure, that if there was no The Sims 4, you will complain, that there is no The Sims 4. And here we have The Sims 4 and some people are saying: why EA even release it? I am saying: some game is better than no game. But this is just my opinion, I don’t want to offend anyone.

Did you not comment a couple of days ago on how much you hate Sims 4? I’m not even going to defend the game or the content here, but I am questioning why you would spend your money for a game you hate that much? I am very loyal when it comes to video game franchises, but not even I would try a game, when I hate everything I’ve seen about it. I would just watch gameplay and reviews and then reconsider buying it if I like what I see.

Most of the stuff in that list is laughable and some of it wasn’t even in TS3. It was clearly written by someone with an ax to grind. No zodiac signs? Who cares.

Yes, the towns look lifeless. This has been discussed to death. Not sure why it still needs to be explained to some people.

Vitani I’m talking about items and objects found in build and buy mode, and CAS. Not game features like or open worlds, CASt or swimming in the ocean.

Well CASt seemed to cause lag for everything and everyone. That seems to be one of the main things people are complaining about. And I agress. Like following my sims in their car. By the time I got to like the theater, it took forever to load all the surrounding area. Houses also too forever to load because the computer/game had to remember all the colors and textures used for every object. And not just recolors, but the TEXTURES too. The loading screens will be much shorter then the slow agony that was TS3. And the loading screens DO NOT bother me, because it fixes the problem of the open world we saw in TS3 also. I mean, seeing one or two people at the only restaurant in town? Seriously? Or maybe in late night with “hotspots” that no one seemed to show up to? The open world sounds nice on paper, but when implemented, so many issues that ruined gameplay arose. The towns looked dead, plain and simple. Does anyone else here not agree that the towns looked lifeless?

I’m glad I have only bought the standard limited edition, all the stuff included here are awful

animal hats – cute but I would not use them often or not at all
laser – unnecessary, gimme create a style tool instead of this pointless stuff
creator book – dafuq is this ****? if it gave some interesting stuff ok, but it looks like there are only a few renders which are all over internet anyway and they have actually included the worst of all renders LOL
usb – don’t need that, TS3 collectors edition already have a much more beautiful one
tiki bar – again nothing necessary, but I’m looking forward to the party clothing

so… I am glad I’m not missing anything when I save like 30$ and get the standard one.
Probably I won’t buy stuff packs and expansions if the game is TOO bad.
But I am curious, that’s why I buy the standard game and try it
