I advice not to buy the game after its initial release. After seeing these gameplay videos, the clipping and endless bugs the game will be a disaster just like SimCity. The game will be on sale on it’s first month of release.

lets just hope that everyone can run the game smooth not just those with the expensive 2012-14 pcs hope mine will even if I have to play low settings for no or little lag

After viewing I can understand why they are not letting review copies out before release, Wow it worst than I thought.
Solve one routing problem by causing another insane clipping
Smarter Sims yeah Sims walk away in the middle of conversations and the Sim carries on talking to themselves and The toilet fiasco with Mortimor.

The game runs pretty smoothly, but yet some minor bugs, which the game is going to have that anyways. (It’s the sims). I did notice on build mode when putting down the blueprint kids room. The entrance door didn’t attached right. You can see half of the wall still showing while the other half is open. I think they need to fine tune the musical chair conversations down just a tad. They seem to suffer A.D.D. Over all gameplay is more solid from what I seen thus far. Way better than The Sims 3, like when given a task like sitting down, grabbing food, ect.. they don’t take time of doing so. Kudos to that.

After seeing the game raw i really dont understand how people can have pure hatred for it, its so amazing i cant wait 3 more days!!!
