You have to stop your update, by right clicking on the game, and you will right click again and then it will say repair game. Hope this helps!

Orgin won’t let me sign in at the main screen of Sims 4, and I haven’t been able to update it either. I have it checked to keep Orgin and my games updated… it hasn’t.

I just paid $70 for the sims 4 and origin won’t let me sign in or update so I can’t install it, (I bought the disk at walmart) help
