I found a way of making a qhost pregnant that then gives birth, it did mess up my sims to where they became siblings for some reason though. Once you have the cloning machine, clone a sim after they drink the ghost potion. The clone stays a ghost and gives birth but like I said it messed up to where the original and clone both became sisters of the original sims husband after the ghost got pregnant. But she did give birth to a normal baby. Sorry guys no ghost baby.

Actually if you get your relationship with your ghost high in either friend/love then you can ask them to move in

What do you mean select the ghost? Whenever someone dies they dont stay in my household so I have no control over them

I try using the buff codes to make them look pregnant. But the only one that seems to work it InLabor

If you go to manage worlds you can always create a child for you ghostly couple buy creating a child and playing with genetic. But he’s be a regular everyday alive kinda child! 🙂

Actually, your ghost sims CAN have babies! All you need is the debug mod. Take away their ghost trait. Send a try for baby interaction, pause again after it’s accepted, then put it back in! GHOST BABIES!
