I will have many stores specificly book grocery and restaurant with few themed ones like, flower shop (i really hope we can get some vases for our garden flowers,) furniture store, and i might try to make a supercenter (walmart style) that has all areas just so i have an option for a one stop shop.

That is one of the issues i always had with the sims 3 it had to be a saved game if you had custom homes and couldnt understand or just unable to run CAW. I wish there was a way to change the worlds start up. Like have custom or EA only 2 options but it would help for those who restart games often.
