EA earns millions a month im pretty sure they can afford to send 10 extra players to an event and put them up in a hotel. Bioware do it for dragon age and have in the past for the mass effect trilogy (role on 4) It would be more out of respect than anything else. The fan sites are a MUST im in no way saying they shouldn’t we need then too but other players should to.

Inviting players who have a great influence to these events is relatively new concept for the Sims. Also I think it comes down to money $$$. The events they hold do have an expense to the company and for what they spend they want individuals who have the biggest impact on the community to get their dollars worth which makes sense ;/. Single individuals would not be cost effective or beneficial with factors of would said people keep to their embargos. New sites, big time LPers etc. are easier to keep track of than say random individuals as well.

But select 10 forum users at random like catloverplayer ect. I personally work myself way to hard, dont have the time so its not a “oh i wanna go” thing, but it would be nice for others in the community especially the forum users, there are a few very vocal ones i know would like to test the game. Its just a tad shocking they dont already do that. other games do.
