Can confirm, get to biling info (without entering the voucher info) – enter address – cancel order – place order again and enter voucher. Success!

How long does it take after buying the get to work on GreenManGaming before you are able to download it on origin?

Yay got it to work! Thanks to the two above me. I did have to fill in the billing address first, then cancel the order, then tried it again and the coupon finally worked! 🙂

I finally got it to work. I submitted a support ticket and they told me I had to complete the address portion of my account. I guess it had to verify that I was in the US. I hope that helps!

I finally got it to work. I went to the next step where you enter your billing address, then canceled the order and when I tried again the code finally worked.

Whoops, nevermind. I see the Sims 4 and packs also say “NA,” so I have no idea what’s going on.

I got it to work just fine after copying the code from the website instead of using the one shown on this page. But that was this morning. Last night I had no luck. Now the issue is that it won’t let me download the game!
