I getcha. I don’t know if they’ll ever adjust it but you might just wanna do more research on that mod and kinda bite the bullet if it makes your own restaurants faster.

I treat it like I would a real restaurant you get in, chat have fun while you eat and then go somewhere more interesting. I can’t really have a parents night without the kids when I leave at 6 and don’t finish eating until 12. Then it’s another minute(hour sim time) to get them situated in another lot like a park, a store, or a club. You should be able to do several things in a day instead of one long one unless it’s your choice to stay around and order more food, but it shouldn’t be a necessity. Especially since sims eating only takes like 20-30 seconds. It’d be cool to spend 3 hours drinking and having appetizers, catching up, but I can barely get a single meal, let alone multiple servings.

True, true. It might have different flavors but I wouldnt know. I’m pretty picky with my mods and I usually have my Sims dine out as a treat every once in a while so it doesn’t matter if I make a day of it or not, ya know, because it’s more about hanging out with people than eating.

I think i wanted to use that mod but I wasn’t sure if it affect the customer or the running a business side of cooking. I want my food to actually come out quickly when eating out but I don’t want my cooks to suddenly become superhuman food machines when I’m already running a well designed restaurant. I don’t want to give myself too much of an edge.
