It has nothing to do with how much of the content is owned.
I own all of it, so far, and mine is still faded.

The only thing I can think of to do, is completely uninstall Origin itself, use CCleaner, restart the PC, and reinstall the latest Origin anew.

That has helped some people.

It’s updated like several time now in the past two weeks.
(maybe because I’m using the beta version?)
But seems to work fine, so far.

* But what is driving me a little nuts – though it may seem silly – is that all my games (of those that I make visible) look fine, except Sims 4. It’s faded out!
But still plays when I click on it…
WHY is it the only one faded out? Weird… >.<
