I saw an arm bracelet (I hope it is a separate thing) would be really nice. The clothes are nice not that I change my often. loving the jeans and shirts with this EP. Anyone know the single garage doors actually work?

I will only download maxis match, so I feel you there. I loved modding my game in TS2, so I’ll definitely look into it once the game is up to date after CL!

Yeah… The CC hunt is a great thing…hours just to download stuff around the globe… then rejecting stuff that isn’t that good actally :D. I have a vwery strong gaming computer, that is 4 months old…and Sims 3 still runs slow and buggie. 🙁

I’m sure TSR had good stuff but the paywall and a lot of the style of content turned me off. There’s a lot of sort of, ‘photorealisitc’ objects or something that to me would look good in like a modeling program but not in the game. It’s even worse with Sims 4 where I can’t even handle things not being maxis matchy. It’s like a mild OCD thing.

Around the Sims sort of kept that style so I’ve stayed away from their work this time but I used a few of their things in Sims 3.

Nice! Thanks for the recs. I’m really annoyed by the terribly boring gameplay really, how Sims interact with one another, how there’s not enough traits or lifetime wishes. I have avoided any external content for TS4 because of how I would go crazy downloading so many and I really don’t want to deal with the constant crashing/reinstalling/uninstalling I had to do in previous versions; however TS4 is so lacking in gameplay I’m feeling desperate.

I love mod the sims! I didn’t use it as much in TS3 but used it frequently during TS2. It’s a great site! I wish I still had access to my account from those days. I also used to use TSR a lot, but last I was there so much of their best content cost IRL money which I was NOT going to spend so I quit downloading from there.

Spring4Sims or whatever, and Around The Sims, are what I used the most for TS3, but they were more for superficial CC rather than mods.
