Mostly because the Sims 4 months without info earlier this year. Do any of their games feel like they actually put the player first, and not the need to make more and more money?

Don’t get me wrong, I understand and support games needing to make money. But the sims especially feels like game play is constantly being cut or neglected for budget reasons.

I don’t play many other games, so I really like to know.

The other, non EA, game I play is so player focused, and the game was so affordable, not sure how that studio make any more.

Olympus was cancelled because of the fear of failure like SimCity 2013.
They reused several assets from Olympus to make TS4 in under a year.
Then they falsely advertise the game and proclaim excuses excuses and more excuses as to why things are the way they are.
EA keeps taking all the money that’s made from TS3 and TS4 to make Titanfall 1 and 2, Dragon Age Inquisition and Mass Effect Andromeda.
Maxis keeps getting greedier and lazier with their DLC.
They only have themselves to blame for their own destruction.
We the community are getting fed up with the corruption, lies, and deciet. But you blame us? PFF! Why not tell a victim of assault they’re the problem while you’re at it.

When the fans finally see through it all, they’ll realize that they should have defended EA and The Sims developers in the first place if they expected to see the quality of gameplay that they’ve been demanding. Their industry has nearly been destroyed by the recent illness-tolerant community management trends, and EA isn’t to blame for any of the losses.

Seems like a response to an already growing trend but maybe EA comes out looking like the good guy for it all.

“We’ve wanted transparency since the beginning. We’ve always been about transparency.”

Not a fan of who seem to be considered ‘influencers’, though
