Earbuds are cool, but I think it will not be visible. I think it’s just musical note animation coming out of the Sim’ ear, with no physical earbuds.

I think that they should of just added this into the game because it’s not really much, well not as much as the other stuff packs still cool but maybe we can have something like sims 3 supernatural or sims 3 university or at least something that gives us a new town
