from what I’ve been seeing on the Answer HQ, Parenthood pack seems to be what causes this bug

Wow, that finally makes sense. The first thing my child sim would do in the morning would look for dirty dishes instead of eating breakfast, showering or doing normal things. I haven’t noticed it at restaurants but it’s definitely very concerning… And here I was thinking the child just had really good manners.
