I have no clue how CAW worked on TS3 (and probably won’t be able to use it in TS4 if they are going to create one) but I would totally have this world in my game if it would be possible! This post also makes me miss a winter/mountain themed world in TS4..I know (and hope) the direction taken by maxis/ea team is this considering Brindelton Bay is kinda autumn world, but I also feel waiting another year for having this in game is kinda too much :/

But there is one inconsistency with TS4 world’s structure – the thing is that every neighborhood works as a separete world and imitates the proximity of djacent neigborhoods, so for example District 4 wouldn’t be overlooking the town unless there is a decor imitating District 2 or there is some technical option invented for this.
