so we’re not allowed a game because of a missing translation?!
for me too the game didn’t appear but it worked with a VPN and setting it to USA, the game now is added to my library and am currently downloading it.

Not sure about that. I live in Germany and it is available to me! It’s in english too though, so it’s probably not an issue of unavailable translation.
