True on that one, however, if one gives critisism… Let’s be constructive and not just nag for the sake of nagging. Cause that is what it comes across now. We got toddlers, everyone still found reasons to complain, we got pets, and again people gave of complains… now we have weather and yep there it is again. Now it is the snow that is not thick enough and this while no one really can say for sure if it is just this or maybe even more then. For all we know EA is keeping us on the dark end with what types of snow we can have in the game. Why… just a sugestion, why don’t we just wait till the 22nd, see who buys it, ask them “Hey… that snow… is it just that thin layer or can we have full out “get snowed in” experiance too?” I mean it really would not hurt to cut down on the constant “They did not!!!” sounds. I mean, really we already know, when they come out with something, they are very likely going to dissapoint a portion of the fans. Such is life. However having to read it over and over and over again, is getting a bit weary… And we all know that what you have heard too many times, you tend to get dulled out on. Ergo, it is not really doing much good if you already start telling that it is not good enough if you have not even seen it for real yet. How can you even constructively complain about something you only have seen a small portion from? It is just a couple of pictures we have seen the snow on sofar. But could EA perhaps on purpose just keep us on the leash and have us think that is it? Can you say for 100% sure that you know this is going to be all? Or can you when you have the actual expantion pack in hands and have it opened, playing it on your computer? Have you perhaps been one of the many beta players that have already seen the game as it is going to be? Have you been there when they developed it?
Looking over their shoulders as they went allong?

On the note of the pizza… How do you know even if I order pizza’s? For all you know… I may already make my very own pizza’s. Or… maybe I live by my word and accept that not all pizza’s turn out perfect. There are people that complain by nature and those that rationalize. Which of the two you think I am?

What people do forget is… Remember how EA has this nasty habbit of not telling us the entire picture? What if… just walk with me here… what if… they did not inform us that there will be different snow levels but showed us just the thin layer. What if…. there are actual blizzards but they did not say? Hmm? Anyone even considered this? Don’t want to make any one happy with a dead mouse here but we all know that EA does have a reputation of “mysterie” to keep up with when it comes to revealing stuff. Ofcourse they are not going to spoil it with telling us all the ins and outs. Just… well… hypothesizing here. May be the case… So why don’t we just agree that we may vary and disagree upon the happyness we feel with the layer of snow. I mean, we know we are going to get snow, I would say that is a start. We are going to get weather changes, that is something… right? Well then… 🙂 Enjoy and lets all see for ourselves on the 22nd.

They are ofcourse free to buy it, no one is making them having to buy it. I was brought up with the thought, “What you do not like, you do not buy” and that is simple. Debatting about the quality is another thing all together. They asked for weather, they did not specify how thick the snow had to be, how much thunder there should be in one roll, how much lightning in the flash… They got weather… and now… the snow is too thin??? I mean, come on already! Nothing is perfect, if you want perfection, you will always be dissapointed. EA is doing their thing, that is what company’s do. Will they listen to the customer? Sure, to a certain hight they will. But they can not give perfection since they can not keep such a huge number of people content and happy. Just accept the fact that snow is thin in this round and just see (not saying hope, cause that may give trouble too) what they come up next round. In the end you know that it only go two ways; either you like it or you just don’t. And if you don’t like it, well, no one is putting a gun to your head stating that the puppy is going to get it if you do not buy it right away.

no actually, i was making fun of you. imagine that you ordered a pizza, and when it arrived, it was clearly low-effort in some areas. when you called the restaurant, they said that was so they could get your pizza to you on time.

now imagine that when you when told a friend about the experience, they said that if you didn’t like it, you should make your own pizza.

that is essentially the “make your own game” argument. gamers pay for an experience. free speech protects all criticism, but you should ESPECIALLY be able to give feedback on something you’ve personally funded, which we all have.
