2. wading pools (bonus: accessible by ALL age groups)
3. Father Winter (Santa Claus) NPC
4. multiple NPCs for other holidays
5. wind
6. floral arrangement table
7. gardening career
8. transparent roofs (that are actual roofs, not just objects)
9. shoveling snow
10. decorating Christmas trees
11. New Years holiday
12. shooting lightning into the sky??? (whatever that is)

And that’s just the things we know about so far. Honestly, just because it’s in a previous version of the Sims doesn’t mean that EA is legally required to include it in all subsequent versions.

You can interact with him just as much as any other NPC. You can also ask him to move in or marry your sim. However, when he becomes an active part of your household, he’s no longer Father Winter. But if you Try For Baby with a nonplayable Father Winter, then, yes, you can have children with Father Winter. *wanders off whistling “I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus”*

Literally all they talk about is a calendar (which is just an object that does things we can already do in game) and Holidays. The birthdays on the calendar is a lot less interesting than I thought too. They confirmed that its literally just a little reminder that your sim is about to age up, which we already get. Thats just silly. Also, Grants answer to the no hail question is bizarre “Ultimately, when adding four seasons, climates for all four, to address as much of the world as possible, it’s tough to do everything. It means we’re going to delight some people and frustrate others.”….uhhh it was added to previous iterations and so much more and they had “time”….also, Seasons is literally about weather so to not have proper weather is bizarre. Its not like there are that many options for weather in 4 different seasons as much of said weather repeats. Its literally just snow, rain, thunderstorms, etc…..how hail isn’t added is beyond me. I am starting to get worried as this is the same thing that happened with Cats and Dogs a LOT of talk about what was taken out and the only talk about stuff thats added in are mundane things that aren’t that interesting. Lets see whats revealed at EA play, but I am not getting my hopes up that it will be anything we haven’t seen before. Got my hopes up with Cats and Dogs and I and so many were disappointed thus why on the official forums everyone listed it as one of their least fav expansions on a poll (it was mainly sims 4 fans that voted too).
