I agree. As long as people continue buying this stuff nothing will change. I noticed a down hill tendency though. The packs are very often on sale. I don’t remember it happening with TS3. It could be poor jugdement on my side or maybe I don’t remember it correctly.

The official team should be ashamed. Modders do this by themselves, while the official team with resources and everything, complain about how hard everything is…

I have 0 interest in this, but as everyone else said, just from the one picture, looks about twice the content of the Maxis crap packs.
Just wanted to mention to all the people not understanding how they’re getting away with the official crap packs; if you bought ANY pack for TS4 last year, you validated what they’re doing to their bosses. As long as they can sell you one pack of something a year, nothing is likely to change.

The thing is that unlike Modders, who may create a couple things that they’s like to see in the game or other players requested them for, the devs have to create and develop lots of things so they have to prioritize. And not any one dev decides what to add to the game, either.

Granted, at times they make, arguably, rather questionable decisions or odd calls, or seem to have some of their priorities in a weird place sometimes.
