Have you played it since launch? When it was missing pools, ghosts and toddlers. That was just the beginning, no it’s not the worst game ever. But even The Sims 2 had creatable towns and cars. Each edition is supposed to be better and bring new things, not regress. Most of The Sims 4 gamplay isn’t on par with The Sims 2, which was released 16 years ago. Not even to mention MFPS, the only thing really going for The Sims 4, is the crazy awesome mods. EA has made tons of mistakes, with The Sims 4. It’s not that The Sims 4 is a bad game, it’s that the creators are seemingly destroying it.14 stuff packs and what 5 Expansion Packs? The Sims 3 had 11 Expansion Packs, and 9 Stuff Packs in the 5 years it ran. We’re now almost, to the 5 year mark on The Sims 4. Since release we’ve only had 2 supernaturals, creatures besides Sims, not counting ghosts. By the 5th year of The Sims 3 we had 14 different supernaturals or occults. The Sims 2 had plenty as well, where are they?

What is your specs on your gaming computer? I’ve also heard of some people having problems because the game can’t recognize their graphics card.

TS4 is indeed lacking in several areas, compared to TS3, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t possible for someone to like or prefer TS4 over TS3 overall, for whatever reason(s). Different people may have different things that they find important. To each their own.

But yeah, it’s wrong for either side to ‘attack’ the other.

The cash shop was atrocious, what about My First Pet Stuff? DLC for DLC, but the way The Sims 4 doesn’t even have close to what The Sims 2 had. The Sims 2 worlds had more then 11 lots, and it had cars. Also The Sims 2 had toddlers on the day of launch, not two years after it. Heck, pools and ghosts weren’t even in the launch of The Sims 4. The only thing that makes The Sims 4 playable is the EPIC mods.

You don’t even wanna know how many The Sims 4 lovers bash, The Sims 3, when The Sims 3 is vastly superior to it. I mean at least Bridgeport comes with more then 11 lots. I do like The Sims 4, and I do play it, but it shouldn’t take 5 years for a black door color or laptops.
