They are pretty addictive.
Senior Club is a good idea. I wish we had more stuff for our elders , I don’t play with them much as there is just no difference in gameplay conspired to YA / A . I like making my own after school clubs , we have a couple now but we still need more. It pretty handy also to hang out with friends/family as for some reason in certain lots they leave very quickly.
Windenburg is a very nice world , I think it my favourite TS4 world . I really like the harbour area

I’ll definetely check out the eastern outer banks, thanks!
I never really built any beach houses, because, well… There was no beach world… Guess that’s gonna change too! šŸ˜€

Sometimes that is just as good, honestly. No packing…no flight or driving required. Though, once there, it is amazing.

I visit the outer banks on eastern US each summer. Check out some of the rental properties you can find thereā€”they may give you some good ideas. I have already built a few and have uploaded them to my sims gallery, but have not used them due to lack of beach world. That may all change on Friday haha!!

I think stilted beach homes with the ability to dive into water will be an adequate substitute. Iā€™m hoping to be able to build a secondary ā€œboat houseā€ structure to dock my jet skis. That would be great!

Work an average of 60 hour weeks for starters, but, aside from being a devout simmer, Iā€™m also a devout Planet Coaster fan, so I literally split my free gaming time between the two.

Wow you are that impressed by the clubs, huh? I will def have to spend some more time with that subject then. I bought the GT pack more for Windenburg and the build elements than anything, so have virtually ignored the clubs until recently. I had read an inspiring article by Benji regarding clubs that really got me to thinking. Since then, I created a senior citizen center and have a club for many of my seniors, which has helped immensely with giving this age group something worthwhile to do.

Iā€™m staying in a beach house this week on vacation so have already drummed up a ton of ideas for beach home creations when I get back. This stilted foundation functionality is a big deal for me!

I hope they fix it soon… But I guess after almost every big pack there’s usually a hot fix for all the things the new pack broke and the bugs that came in it, so I’m not too worried. I remember there was a time when potted plants’ pots were somewhat see-through, that was more annoying imho.
