I don’t see it that way. EA, maxis and simmers who are down with just about anything are the ones to be blamed. All parties involved. Mostly EA yes, but that does not make anyone else less guilty of being part in ruining the sims franchise.

“but this time the packs have been split up to suck as much money out of them as possible” And this was most likely a decision by EA, the owner of maxis to cash in the franchise. Even if maxis has any blame to be taken, i’m pretty sure 95% of the blame belongs to EA.

Thats not an excuse. Needing money is one thing, but to keep making empty promises and milking your fan base for all its worth makes you a pretty sh**ty person. Maxis are the ones who promote this game, and keep promising amizing new content. So far we have mostly gotten old expansion packs from previous sims titles, but this time the packs have been split up to suck as much money out of them as possible. So yes EA is to blame, but so is the people at maxis. That’s all I’m saying. Lol

Agreed. Wouldn’t do it to my baby even if someone paid me to do it. I don’t understand why people just can’t accept and love their pets as they are. They’re beautiful. No need to dye their fur.

Because food, taxes, clothing, medicine, and so and so forth ? It’s not as simple as “this comppany makes bad games imma just fire myself real quick here”, i understand where you’re coming from, we all know how good maxis was in the past but it’s not as simple as “quitting”, unlike the sims (sadly) money doesn’t grow on trees lol.
