Questions from the critic balcony:
1. Who gave you the idea The Sims was about unconditional inclusion? If anything, prior to TS4, the series was about escapism, which is antithetical toward real world inclusionism.
2. Why is it important to you that we hide our dislike of something from public view? I understand conflict avoidance is all the rage in our current Victorian social revival period, but is it really necessary to be the all singing, all dancing crap of the world all the time? Can we mere peons not express any individualism at all?
3. Speaking of our return to proper Victorian values and morals, when exactly did I sign over my right to be an obnoxious, impolite, socially unacceptable cave man without having my very existence expunged from history? I just want to know, as if I’m giving up something, I expect to be paid for it.

I know of a couple jazz musicians who just do what they love, I even respect them. I would never willingly subject myself to their discordant wailing though, not without substantial compensation at least, and probably ear plugs, ballistic grade.
The mindless drive to inclusion for the sake of inclusion at the expense of personality and taste serves no one.

I don’t know him but that doesn’t mean i don’t like him it great to have more music in the game, in fact The Sims series introduced me to a lot of western artists and singers. That said i do wish they hired more well-knowed artists and bands like they did with the sims 3.

Exactly, it’s fine to not like the music, but The Sims as a franchise is HUGE, it’s a lot bigger than everyone voicing their opinions online. Sure, we millennials and gen-x’s may not know or like the singers from today, but that doesn’t mean others shouldn’t have music they enjoy in the game.

Here’s an idea, how about we just accept the fact that there is a wide variety of music and artist within those genres that we may not know. If you don’t like it then just move on. The Sims is supposed to be about including things for everyone, there may be things you do not like that others do and vice versa and it should be okay. I personally don’t listen to the music or know him, but I am happy there is more additions to the game for people that might follow him which they clearly do. You can not like something without seeming like someone who’s outright disgusted.

Why can’t people enjoy and appreciate all types of music from different generations? And why do you have to insult the artist in the video just because you don’t know him? He seems like a nice person who’s just doing what he loves.
