I know that SimsVIP is independent, but the attitudes are so negative, everywhere, that any attempt show respect for the devs, or the product, is treated as harassment. Feedback detection is absolutely the responsibility of the community manager. Edit: No, that happened on Twitter. At least it’s possible to discuss both perspectives here!

Did this happen to you here? That sucks, and the vibe on this site is almost always negative (and I agree with you about waiting), but his job wasn’t to monitor the community on this one site.

When community members block you, for suggesting that they should wait until a pack is released, before judging it as trash and then boycotting, it’s clear that someone has done nothing to manage expectations.
