well, that is a matter of opinion and not a fact. I personally never experienced the sims 3 as very fun to play, so the comparison between 3 and 4 is what is truly off imho. Different games altogether.

Pretty easy if you think past the Star Wars Theme itself and into the overall sound of the series. Lots of the ambient music in the movies could mesh with the TS4 theme.

Or they could just use that Ridin’ Solo parody from the Star Wars dancing game translated into Simlish except for “I’m Han Solo, I’m Han Solo, I’m Han Solo, I’m Han Solo, Solo” . That seems more likely given EA’s typical treatment of this installment.

Okay so 1. We couldn’t control pets for realism, 2. We still don’t have good babies, anything generations esque, resorts, farming, etc. 3. If people want to play a Star Wars game they’d buy and play one of the plethora of games available not a half baked Sims game pack, & 4. Although Star Wars is a big franchise when overlapping with the Sims audience it’s niche.

IKEA Stuff got a pass because a furniture focus suits the architectural aspect of a Sims game. This is just out of place licensed crossover content most people won’t even use in normal gameplay outside of mocking Townies who get awkwardly auto-generated wearing it.

Good tie-in pack theme choices that suit the game usually get met with approval. Niche or just tacky ones usually don’t. It’s what separates H&M Stuff from Moschino Stuff.

As for Sweet Treats, have you ever SEEN a conversation about that pack? It’s always been despised, and that’s coming from the one person who defends its usefulness in making bakeries, candy shops and ice cream parlors!
