If they are going to do these kits, at least make it a FULL set. Like do the counters with matching kitchen tables, chairs, bar stools, bar, lights, and more decor. That might be worth it. First thing I will not be buy from the sims ever. Heck, I even caved and got my first pets when it was on sale lol.
