If you believe you can change something that can not be change and isn’t true. If it helps, I believe Aryan, sorry, PIE is/was thought to have the two original genders, Animate and Inanimate. Conflating Sex and Gender, and then putting forth the absurd idea there’s only two of either came much later.
On the scale of cellular life, X/Y genetics and sexual reproduction happened last night, and may very well be gone tomorrow morning in favor of something even more freakish and unnatural.

There are no people, just instances of hairless primates with varying freakish genetic mutations.
We had to kill God so we could have PC’s and play games on them instead of spending our lives moving mud around our feudal lord’s fields. Then we created Wurm, and the universe imploded in a BFBVFS.
To have accepted ideas of what we and our fellow genetic aberrations are and are not, we have to create, and then all agree to play this absurd game we society.
To have moral outrage over incorrect gendered pronoun usage in a video game we need to have to have a chain of absurd and arbitrary shared delusions so long even the great turtles can’t find the bottom.
It is highly amusing however, that you consider the woke nonsense to be a joke, then turn around and huddle beneath the neurotic wreck of yesterday’s social mores.
Sound and fury, signifying nothing.

I did a little research and found that there are studies showing puberty blockers do stunt growth. Furthermore, it isn’t the only thing that these kids get put into their system as hormones (which you mentioned) according to research have shown to have irreversible effects (including infertility) . I’ve seen many cases and stories on youtube of people sharing their regret and experiences and it makes me cry sometimes. I invite you to watch them because I don’t agree with the point you make that not just “any random kid” when in fact many random kids are forced/persuaded by a bad doctor or parent(s).

But, it’s great that these options are available and you make some great points. I just strongly believe these kind of things should be ONLY available to adults (perhaps 18 and older) because I’m sure growing up with dysphoria can be terrible.

I’m sure @Daniel_KP:disqus is a good person because his intentions to protect are good, he just need to get out of this far left bubble adamantly wanting to categorize/demonize people based on one opinion. If it was a horrendous opinion I’d understand but, yours isn’t like that and it is based on your experiences. Twitter isn’t how real life works.

I'm not acting offended, if anything I'm annoyed. People can say anything is delusional and irrational if they have the facts to back it up. You're the only one using whataboutisms. Race ≠ Gender. Improving skin tone and textures for the benefit of ALL players is not equal to changing the pronouns in a multilingual game for the minority of people who want to control a gender neutral sim. I'm sick of this "if these lowly people got what they wanted, you BETTER give me what I want, no matter how unreasonable it may be!!!" attitude. I've noticed the same people who were complaining about black people complaining about skintones were the exact same ones who instantly started demanding that pronouns be changed once they announced the skintone update.

You just pointed out yourself that not all of them feel that way. Just like you can’t change the race you were born as, you can’t change what you are from a biological/reproductive standpoint – that’s where the difference of one’s sex and gender comes from. I don’t disagree that changing your identity like a coming-going trend is bad, but that’s another group altogether (albeit adolescent confusion is quite normal).

I know someone in-person who truly had gender dysphoria and not just the pretty common what-if dream of many of us of becoming the opposite sex – they went through 2 whole years of therapy before starting hormone treatment and an additional 1 and half before any serious discussion began on operations. It’s not like any random kid with a passing thought will get any kind of serious treatment, let alone letting you go under the knife legally, so your fears are kind of unwarranted in that regard. AFAIK, hormone blockers are fully reversible, so even confused teens can change their mind before making such a life-changing decision.

Oh man, it took some time before someone would compare racism and race issues to a teenage fad. People can’t ID out of their ethinic background, when they do then we can have this conversation but I don’t believe that’s gonna happen ever.
