Sims 4 toddlers lay on their backs all night and no spooning couples…I miss Sims 2, I wish I had grabbed them when Origin had them on their site 🙁

That’s definitely the story EA wants to sell its customers, because it keeps us buying them. But I still play TS2, TS3, and TS4, and they’re honestly very different games that appeal to different styles of player. Plus, tbh, TS4 is definitely not the next step of evolution after TS3, even if I do play and enjoy it. It’s missing a lot of features compared to TS3 or even TS2.

TS2 isn’t sold anymore, and TS3 almost never goes on sale. The official twitter account straight up ignores players who tweet at them about TS2. And all the servers have been taken down for both TS2 and TS3.

No matter what Catharina is saying here, I wouldn’t expect them to support TS4 once they have a TS5. They would be competing against themselves. However, she may be saying that TS5 is a long ways off yet.

Only because they killed off their longtime fans with current atrocity and know that most of us are spending our money on other games. Plus with Paralives coming out with all the things EA said couldn’t possibly be done, and then all the modders who are doing much more than that…..it’s safe to say that EA isn’t interested in developing working games. They’ve been showing everyone for years that they only want to make cheap, shallow animations that sort of work…. sometimes….. and hey, there’s always new tweens they can fool into buying their garbage.
