You called the body type options ‘extended gender options’, linking someone’s gender to the type of body they have- their female and male characteristics.

A woman is anyone who identifies as a woman, same for men and nonbinary people. Therefore a woman has a woman’s body, a nonbinary person has a nonbinary person’s body, and a man has a man’s body.

To seek to change these things to align them with your gender is to reinforce the cissexist notion that, for example, breasts a woman thing.

You are therefore transphobic for acting like a certain gender identity should have a certain body type associated with it. You’re proven yourself to be a TERF. Everyone block and stay safe!

I searched everywhere about Sims 2 having likes, but found nothing. There’s an article on the Sims wikia it only mentions Sims 3. I’ll quote it, since I’m not sure if I’m allowed to link things.

Sims who eat their favorite food will clap and laugh as they eat, and are more likely to autonomously make it. With Late Night or Supernatural, vampires will always favor O-positive plasma, a type of blood in real life. With Island Paradise, Mermaids will always favor Kelp.

I can’t find anything about Sims 2 Sims having any likes or dislikes, maybe you are thinking about Hobbies or Interests?
