But why should we butcher the language to do it? The word “Bachelor” is already being used in a gender neutral way (as we do not have bachelorette degree). Also it makes no sense to people outside america given that most countries teach British english, where those parties are called “stag” and “hen” nights.
If you want to be “inclusive” wouldn’t it be better to name it “last night of freedom” or something? Since that is what those parties are usually about…

You can renew vows using any wedding arch, unless they took that option away during a patch. Your sims have to be married already, obviously but they should be able to renew their vows and not just at the romance festival. I did this when we only had the base game.

A sim can renew their vows at any wedding arch, not just the one at the romance festival unless they sneakily took it away during a patch. When we had just the base game, the very first sims I created got married in the museum yard. It was really nice and I had them go back to the same spot at night when they were adult sims which was also really nice.

The pack looks like it could live up to its potential – but we’ll have to wait till Friday’s stream to see what was trailer magic and what’s truly in the GP, I guess… The Tea Ceremony makes me think there are going to be more customs to participate in, and I hope that’s the case.

Other than flower throwing, walking the carpet, sitting down, and a few tweaks there isn’t
really anything original except the scenery, I can see renewed interest in the weddings again, maybe 2-3 more times before people again quit planning weddings in frustration.
