This new EA app broke some of my original Mass Effect 2 DLC when repairing the game. Inferno armor and more get installation error. So annoying…… Planned my play through at the worst time.

Interesting how all the FAQs have a positive slant. There was a time
FAQs actually were the answers to frequently asked questions. Here are
my FAQs. I suspect others do, or will, ask the same things, but I ask
them frequently just on my own … every time I have to look at this
App, actually. (1) Why do I have to I have to keep signing in again and
again? What is the point of a ‘Remember Me’ box when every third time I
start the App it doesn’t? (2) Why am I subjected to adverts when
accessing something I’ve already paid for? (3) Why is 30% of the window
taken up with a friends list I can’t turn off, reminding me I don’t have
any? (Not that I care, nor will I ever.) Prediction: At some point EA
will ask for feedback, with the usual “How likely are you to recommend
EA to your friends?” with answers ranging from 0-10. So, FAQ(4): Why can
I not respond with a negative number? Not only would I not recommend
it, I’d actively discourage people. I’m addicted to smoking. It’s too
late for me, but I would seriously counsel others not to start!
